The silent dream killer: procrastination

  Procrastination is the automate killer of your dreams and goals. It's a strong force that has killed many people's dreams.  I onced had trouble getting things done and achieving what i was after. I had trouble crushing everything that was on my to do list. I had trouble completing my assignments on time. I had trouble working on the things that I knew I should be doing in order too get the results I wanted. I procrastinated often and it wasn't because of peer pressure or distraction barriers it was for the reason I can't explained myself. Sometimes I just didn't feel motivated enough to do what I needed to be done and always blamed it on being lazy, little did  i know that I was one step away to failure if I kept procrastinating. It was confusing, frustrating and conflicting. Now let's look at the stages of procrastinating that were my bestfriends 1.false insecurities This isn't due for a while, let me relax for now. my mother

 my  mother's love is  something which i cannot explain  it is  made of deep devotion and sacrifice and pain my mother is a special  one with whom my thoughts remain. through my life of joy and strife i will always remember her over again where ever she is up there. i still cry and become hopeless whenever i think of her the pain of not having her around, her shouting at me, not having to buy you  birthday gifts and mother's day gift. despite our distance i know you are up there looking after me  and i will work hard to make myself and you proud. Since the beginning of creation  women have been the fabric of human existence. yet unfortunately they have been subjected to discrimination, endured different forms of abuse, and their human rights have been violated on a daily basis. Gender-violence has significant impact at  the individual, with victims suffering from physical and mental effects and greater societal impacts just to mention a few. The effects of GBV and consequence of violence against women last for generations. Children who witness domestic violence are at increased risks of going through anxiety, depression, low-self esteem and poor school performance, among  other problems that harm their wellbeing and their development as children. Exposure to violence increases the risk of poorer mental health. Gender-based violence (GBV) is a violence that is directed at an individual based on his or her biological sex or gender identity. It includes physical, sexual,verbal,emotional, and pyschological abuse. Gender-based violence can be in the form of: * Child marriage * trafficking for sex or slavery  * Female genital  mutilation * Honour killings * partner violence * Sexual,emotional or physical violence  A day hardly go by  without news pertaining gender violence. We live in a sick and broken Society where gender base violence has become a daily topic.  In most cases it seems to be mostly perpetrated by men against women.
